Our Founder

I grew up on a small island called Cyprus. I trained 1:1 with one of the most technical coaches in the world Kostas Delikostas where I learned the ins and outs of volleyball technique. I became the youngest member of the Cyprus National team in 2014. I moved to the US that fall (my senior year of high-school) to pursue my dream of playing Division I. I earned a scholarship to the University of Hawaii in 2015 where I compete till 2020 and managed in 2021. During my time at the University of Hawaii we won 1 Conference Title and 1 National Championship. My last two season playing volleyball at the University of Hawaii I battled an eating disorder and did not allow myself to maximize my full potential. I do not want any athlete to go through the same stressors I went through. My training is specific to each players needs and to maximize their performance. I have been coaching Since 2016 and work on helping all my players achieve their goals. During my time managing the team I learned the ins and outs of what it takes to build not only a National Championship caliber team but also athletes. I trained 2021 MVP Radoslav Parapunov on the side outside of team practices to gear him up for an incredible season.
